    It is extremely thought provoking and intriguing~

    Learning about how the mind functions and the origin stories of mental disorders.

    I would recommend it because it's interesting learning about how the human mind works and why you do what you do. I really enjoyed the class as an overall whole.

    Learning about the sleep cycle, which actually helped me understand my sleep habits more
