    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The class itself is not a very rigorous nor impossible to comprehend, however the teacher's grading and teaching method makes it difficult to get an A in her class. I am a student who has only gotten one B since the 6th grade, so this is the second time I have ever gotten a B in 6 years. I understand the material well, but her exams tend to not follow what we learn in class and she gives very few points- making it difficult to improve your grade if you do bad in one part. Also, the material stacks up; so messing up one section can ruin you for the rest of the year. Overall, I recommend taking it online just to get the credit- or take an honors course instead.

    Course highlights:

I genuinely feel like I haven't learned anything useful in this course. I do not plan to pursue a career having anything to do with economy, and, despite the given real world applications, I see no real purpose for what I learned in my personal life. I learned how sly economists are and why there are seemingly unreasonable price shifts, however all of that was just common sense.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advise you to do your own research because what your teacher tells you will not help you get an A on her tests. Also, do the practice tests in the texbook- they can be mildly helpful.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The teacher is very good with high understanding of the course.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about graphing and how to apply it accurately.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Consider the vocabulary and formulas heavily and try to master the graphing quickly.
