Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

At first I was very hesitant about taking this course considering it would be my first Advanced Placement course, but the course turned out to be one of my most interesting courses. It is school, you're never going to completely "love" you're class or what you are learning, but this class always had something interesting that was being taught.

    Course highlights:

I was able engage in my own way, with my own individual opinion. Now I have attained a more unique opinion on topics. In addition, I learned how to understand Shakespeare and many different hard-to-understand poets, I never thought I would be able say that prior to taking this course. Last, this might not be an accomplishment to most, but I can now understand any type of poem and pull a meaningful story out of it. A poem could be one sentence, and now after taking this course I can find out the underlying story, no problem.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do your work. Read what you''re given. Engage your mind as much as you can, this class is all about creativity and growing your mind of literature.

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I didn't enjoy this class because I don't like writing. However, I really wish that I had put more effort into all of my writing and English classes in high school. I worry, now, how it may affect my college experience.

    Course highlights:

I learned that I don't enjoy writing and struggle to get my ideas from brain to paper.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Work at it. Any class that you take, requires your best effort. Don't try to just ease through. You get out of it what you put into it.
