Pretty easy, overall.
I would recommend this course because it is an excellent alternative to taking hope in school. It allows you to work out at your own pace without having to feel obligated to participate around everyone at a traditional school for a participation grade.
One of the highlights of this course for me was the nutrition and diet section, which allowed me to learn calories as well as to eat at Reasonable intervals to avoid over or under eating.

Advice for students:
Before signing up for this course, be sure to have at least 2 hours of extra time daily. One hour to exercise, and another one to log your workout and work on the class. Also, be sure to keep track of every activity, wether it be walking to someone's house or going to the gym.
