    | Would highly recommend.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    This class gave students some of the skills to help them cook for themselves.

    Course highlights:

    I gained the ability to cook nutritionally. I also learned how to portion a recipe that is not for one person into a recipe for one person.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    I would suggest taking Food Prep before this course so that you have some type of cooking experience.
