Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Not only was the professor great, but the information and skills learned in this class are useful for the future. Learning how to properly write and essay and create a works cited page can come in handy whenever applying for scholarships and possibly even when applying for a job.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was the feedback from the professor. She would commend you on the things you did well and give constructive criticism on what you needed to work on.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Keep up with the assignments! It's easy said than done, but keeping up with turning in assignments and writing essays will keep you on the fast track to passing the class.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because it is required for most general studies courses. It teaches basic writing skills to begin your college degree. If you are taking this class online I would highly recommend looking into books that show you how to properly source your books, websites, primary sources, and all other sources. This is a main part of the class that you will need to be knowledgeable about.

    Course highlights:

I gained knowledge on how to properly format papers and acquired skills to create a formal paper. It taught me how to properly cite sources in text and a create a bibliography at the end of your paper. This is an acquired skill that will help you in the oncoming papers and was one of the highlights in the course.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Some advice I may give is to properly source your materials that you may use weather you think it needs to be accredited or not. Often times people will not source their materials that they used and this will look like you copied the information also known as plagiarism. So another thing that I would give advice on is staying prompt in the discussions so you do not feel left behind.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because Professor Kampa is very detailed when grading essays it is very helpful because the more corrections the better the essays become. However this class is hard in the fact that alongside having four essays, there were other little projects to do along the way.

    Course highlights:

the highlights were writing the essays her corrections made in the essay where very detailed and I believe helped my paper. I learned mostly about grammar and sentence structure. She briefly went over how to present as well.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Advice I give to students considering this course is to be prepared for all the work that will be shoved in one semester. I would also make sure to write notes and take her corrections very serious.
