Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It is a great class with a wonderful teacher. Mr. Leskosky makes sure that all understands everything that must be learned, plus some. The class is relaxed but challenging at the same time. Mr. Leskosky combines fun with learning to effectively get the point across. He gave me an interest in politics I never thought would be possible. Mr. Leskosky knows his information and is there to learn and help all he can, especially in AP Government.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to listen more and take better notes. I learned how to focus better and that the more active you are in a class, the more you're likely to get out of it. I learned a lot of material that I will remember far into the future, such as the election process, strategies, how people are likely to vote, lots of differing terms, etc. I loved the simulations we did in his class, for example, we did an election one where we were split in half and trying to get our president elected. The simulations we did helped to solidify the knowledge and our understanding of it. I learned that a variety of teaching styles most effectively gets the points across.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take notes and stay focused and attentive. Make sure you understand what he's teaching, he doesn't mind questions at all if you have any. Don't slack off and you'll be great.
