Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I was always good at English and this was the step up I needed. I took the class and it is like a normal language arts class except it has more annotating and a higher grading scale. The class is geared towards you improving less than just passing a test.

    Course highlights:

The reading was interesting. I loved most of the books we had to read for class and didn't have a problem with the stories we annotated. Overall in Mrs. Markey's class, especially, it is there for you to learn but also to make connections with other students.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

This class is heavy on reading and improvement. It isn't geared towards everyone passing the AP exam, you have to work towards that and study for that harder than what is given in the class. For futher explaination, everything on the test is discussed in class but it is a hard test.
