Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Chemistry is an essential subject, learning it with the right person can make it or break it for you. When I took chemistry in high school, my teacher broke it for me. I hated it and when ever I heard, "Chemistry", the dreadful memories flooded my mind. However, after taking Brandon's class I loved it! I will take organic chemistry in the fall and am super excited for it.

    Course highlights:

In chem 111 I learned that chemistry is the study of matter; how it behaves under certain conditions. I learned the big picture and its real world applications which brought many highlights along. Personally, I enjoyed learning about solubility rules the most. If you know what state your reaction will result in, you can do just about any type of calculation given an amount including: morality, molality, density, pressure, and so on.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

To be successful in this course you do not want to fall behind. Thus, you should read the chapters covered, do the worksheets, and practice exams to reassure that you understand and know what Brandon is teaching.
