Not too easy. Not too difficult.

Obrien is a tough but smart guy. His class offers good pointers for writing and when he grades it always comes with some constructive criticism.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention to his notes, do all the writings and readings assigned.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This course is made up of 5 essays and 1 project. Taking it with this professor is extremely controversial. It is a writing course for Stockton, but you were always able to edit each essay for a higher grade. Also, the portfolio at the end of the semester included all of the finalized essays so as long as you corrected them, you were bound to get a good grade.

    Course highlights:

He always had us discuss current social issues such as abortion, militant police force, prostitution, etc. If you are not comfortable with talking about things like this with an open mind, this class with this professor is NOT for you! But if you want something very different then you should take it!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Edit your essays!! He takes attendance but most of your grades is the essays and as long as you put effort into them originally and try your best to edit them, he will give you a good grade! he's always offering tips when editing them so take advantage!
