Not too easy. Not too difficult.
I would recommend this course, because abnormal psychology is not just a course for psychology majors. In which case, the course teaches students about different types of mental disorders and treatments. Ultimately, highlighting on the importance of mental health, and understanding that mental illness is like any other form of physical illness out there.
The highlights of the course included learning about true facts vs. myths about certain disorders, learning about how to end stigma towards certain disorders, as well as receiving extra credit for volunteering and attending different events that were sponsored by the Wellness Center. Being able to apply what I have learned has given me a better understanding of mental health, and has taught me to not be judgmental towards people suffering from mental illness.

Advice for students:
My best advice for students considering this course would be to simply listen to lectures and do not let your questions about a disorder go unanswered. In other words, do not be afraid to ask questions and participate in class discussion.
