Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It is an interesting class. You do have to do work, but she is not to hard on it. As long as you do what your suppose to do then you will pass with a good grade.

    Course highlights:

I learned that nutrition and basically proper eating is important, especially as you get older. The intakes of fiber, calcium , and other intakes change as you get older, and it is very important to keep with them.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to make your response as thorough as you can, and always cite your source.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because it's an external study resource. It will allow you to work at your own pace and still be successful!

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was about the relationship between our nutrition and ourselves. I learned that not one person's healthy diet is healthy for everybody else. I also learned that fat people are healthy too. Just because they look fat doesn't mean that they are not healthy; that's also the same with skinny people.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Manage your time and keep checking on blackboard for announcement and discussions.
