Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is a great class that in my opinion is more applicable to real life than most of the science classes offered at the high school level. Learning through hands on experience like dissections as well as in depth explanations of the body's physiological functions are highly effective. This is also a dual credit class meaning that it offers the opportunity for college credits. Overall, if you are interested in entering the medical field or are just plain bored with other science classes, this is the course for you.

    Course highlights:

We learned the anatomy and physiology of the human body, how organ systems work, and more.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay on top of your studying and take diligent notes.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class is difficult but definitely worth it. Overall, it is a lot of memorizing. It is a lot of work but doing well on the tests is rewarding. Also, the field trip to the cadaver lab is super cool.

    Course highlights:

My favorite part was the bone unit. It was a ton of memorizing but it was the most fascinating to me. There is one field trip to the cadaver lab as well. That was an amazing experience.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

One thing that is a necessity is flashcards. They are a lifesaver. Some units are boring but there are plenty others that are very interesting so just get through it.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The teacher is very energetic and nice to be around. The class itself is also challenging, yet within our limits. It prepares us for AP Physics very well.

    Course highlights:

I gained a solid physics background while taking this course. Although I struggled, looking back, this class thoroughly prepared me for successive physics classes.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I recommend knowing how to do every problem in the homework. You don't need to complete all of it, but know them before the test.
