    | Would recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This class is great! The professor is really good at making sure you actually know the information and are staying along with the class. The classes are interesting and you never feel bored.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about how the human brain works and how drugs can affect it. It was interesting to learn how prescription drugs help with a mental illness and even why certain people get certain illnesses.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Take Notes! You get study guides for weekly quizzes but if you don't take notes you'll be left hanging for the final!

    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The quality of the teaching is hit and miss. She will hand out papers that contain useful information, but then lectures and often contradicts the handouts and as a result she concludes she will take either answer, which isn't bad for someone wanting to have an easy breezy beautiful Covergirl class- but leaves those who want the hard-earned money we're paying to take the class wanting more.

    Course highlights:

An interesting thing I retained from the class was the topic of 'right brained and left brained people'. The sides of the brain being linked to creativity and analytical thinking is completely bogus. Makes me giggle when I see someone talking about it now.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Get the big project for the end of the year out of the way as soon as you can. It's easy and a few google searches is all you need to get all the information to complete some of them. Also-don't buy the book, you won't need it, she may use it to read out of, but the handouts she uses contain all the information needed to succeed.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it really makes one question why and how humans do the things they do

    Course highlights:

I gained more knowledge about how the brain works and the different functions it performs.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

take notes and be engaged in the course material.
