    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    Mrs.Chaumont has a passion for Biology that she shares with her students, she is well versed in the subject material and explains things in a memorable way. She incorporates many hands on and visual labs/activities which many science teachers don't do. Mrs.Chaumont created a love for science within me that then lead to my current status as a Biology major in college.

    Course highlights:

    Mrs.Chaumont's humor is incorporated within her lessons, and it makes it easy to memorize the needed information. I learned so much in her class, and additionally learned how to study and take organized notes.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Read the textbook! It's an absolute necessity for any AP level course, but especially this one!

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    Biology is one of those topics where new ideas are discovered everyday. Everything is current and gives students a better understanding of what is happening around them and within themselves!

    Course highlights:

    The lab experiments were always fun and gave students a visual representation of how everything worked.

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

    Slacking off in this class does not exist. A lot of self teaching is required to get an overview of what is happening. It is a challenging course, but will definitely keep you on your toes.

    Course Overview:

    I recommend this course due to it the well organized curriculum, and its organization in labs that have a deep purpose to them.

    Course highlights:

    I really liked the study of energy including photosynthesis. It was really interesting to know how the pigments of the light can slow or speed up photosynthesis process!

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    In this course, it it VERY necessary to read and keep up with important test and quiz dates. Organization of notes and thoughts is helpful, too!
