Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I have always found science courses very fascinating. Chemistry, anatomy, biology, etc were always so fun for me to learn because there’s so much content and it’s all so interesting. It was always exciting to be learning about something new and to finally get it or finally have it all memorized. I would recommend taking any course that Mrs. Garrels or Mr. Young teach, they are amazing teachers that truly love what they do and they definitely make class interesting.

    Course highlights:

I always thought that learning about elements, acids, bases and compounds was very interesting. I really enjoyed doing labs during chemistry and seeing the reactions that the different elements made. The skeletal system and circulatory system were by far my favorite body systems to learn about in anatomy and physiology. I really enjoyed memorizing all of the bones in the body and I loved learning about the heart, arteries and veins.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

It is essential to pay attention during class, if you miss one little thing it could throw off the whole section for you. Spend extra hours after school studying and memorizing. Having good memorization skills is essential when taking courses like these.
