    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The course was difficult and I had a hard time grasping some of the material presented. However, the professor is wonderful and she really does try her best to make sure everyone understands.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot more in the lab portion of the class rather then in the classroom.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I would study in groups, attend tutoring sessions, ask questions, go to office hours. I would do whatever works best for you in terms of studying. Definitely keep up with the work and do not fall behind.

    Course Overview:

    Kirkpatrick is an amazing professor.

    Course highlights:

All about general chemistry. The highlight was when we learned about combustion.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Sit in the front of the class, it is so much easier to pay attention and you will not even feel like you are in a lecture

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The teacher goes over all topics, and ensure that you do know the basics of general chemistry and know how to apply them into lab and real life.

    Course highlights:

Going more in depth on topics that were taught in high school, and learning more about chemistry in the real world. I learned more about things in my day to day life that involve chemistry, like baking and cooking.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you study and do lots of practice problems. Also, attending each lecture is important because there are quizzes that will help boost your grade.
