Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The professor is very pleasant to work with. She constantly has us doing in class activities to help us understand the material in such a way that it becomes quick to learn and just repetitive enough to make us retain what we learn. The homework is online and should be done as instructed, but the professor also reminds us to do so, so students rarely forget to do so.

    Course highlights:

As it is a course teaching elementary Spanish, the class teaches us the basics of conversing with other Spanish speakers. I learned how to begin a conversation in Spanish as well as other useful highlights such as directions and descriptions of people and places.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Staying on top of the online assignments is key. The professor will go over the work the day after it is due, so we can better understand what we are learning, but without doing the homework as instructed, it will be hard to follow along. It should be noted that the homework is typically available over a week before it is due and takes less than two hours to complete.
