    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I lived this class even though the test were difficult I learned a lot. There was so much to learn about but study was the key.

    Course highlights:

It was United States history which we think we know already but there are a lot of missing pieces that were not told.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Always study and take notes. The test are hard but the essays are harder. If you standby then there should not be a problem.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Professor Ramos is an excellent teacher, in my opinion. She is passionate about history, and this really shines through into her course. She was always there when I needed help, and was usually fairly punctual when responding to E-mails.

    Course highlights:

The professor does not throw you into the deep end, and gradually eases into the weedier parts of certain time periods. Professor Ramos doesn't dance around touchier subjects in America's history, which is really nice because it gives more insight into what ACTUALLY happened during those times (Which is really the whole point of a history class in the first place.).

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't be afraid to ask the professor for help if you're struggling for some reason. She is very helpful and will get you on the right track to success.
