Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend her class if you enjoy learning about children; because, she will take the time to explain and answer any questions. Her office is always open and I found it very helpful when I got stuck. However one of my friends who is not a child development major dropped the class after two weeks complaining about it being dry.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot of basics that helped me understand children more and why certain things happen. There were things that I continue to use to this day, and I still have the text book. I would recommend her to anyone. She is very knowledgeable and I also took her special needs class which I would also recommend.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Use her Study Guides. They pretty much give you the answers on the test. Ask questions. Don't be afraid of her, she likes to talk your head off. She will be there also if you have anything that you need help with when it comes to school and life. She will help you. This overall is an easy class, she gives a lot of notes, write down all of them and you will pass without question.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

She was an amazing teacher and the class itself was very interesting. She always had the notes up on the board at the beginning of class, so you could copy it down and then focus on the discussion during class. She is very helpful and kind.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about children and the way the develop and perceive things. Doing the observations and actually seeing it with your own eyes was incredible. You get to experience what you are reading.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Get to class early to copy down the notes, and then focus on the discussion. Also, read the book before class, so you understand what she is talking about. Also, do not spend too much time making the essays perfect like you would for an English teacher, focus on the content.
