    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Macroeconomics is extremely hard to understand, but Gus made it interesting. He related economic concepts to real life and real activities that were going on around us. This made it a lot easier to connect the concepts to our own lives.

    Course highlights:

I learned the basics of economics, which I knew absolutely nothing about. I learned about stocks and how they work. We learned about the stock market crash in 1929 and exactly how it crashed based on people not spending money and money not circulating in our economy.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

If I was giving advice to a student going into Macroeconomics, I would tell them to study as hard as they can. It's a difficult subject to understand and you must go over the chapters more than once. It will take a few times of reading the book to truly understand the concepts.
