    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this course to any student. Since this course is so vigorous, it prepares you for college. Mrs. Coley also has a great way of teaching and even though it's a lot of work, you learn a lot.

    Course highlights:

I came into the class basically knowing nothing, and now, 4 days before the AP exam, I know so much. This class has taught me so much valuable information and will help me in my path to medical school.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't slack off. Make sure you do every assignment, it's only meant to help you. Try not to miss school because in that class you do a lot of work everyday and it is tough to make up work.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it was very entertaining, which made me want to learn more about the class. It wasn't an easy class because it required a lot of assignments, presentations, and small projects. However, it was useful and looks good and transcripts!

    Course highlights:

I dissected a frog and found out it was pregnant. It gave me an intro to anatomy and physiology also. Very helpful class.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Always do your work on time, be consistent, study well for tests and quizzes, and always ask questions to be more active and understand more.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course provides a thorough understanding of most of the basic principles of biology and is a very interesting and engaging course. Although the course has a heavy workload, it is most definitely well worth it.

    Course highlights:

In taking AP Biology, one gets to explore anatomy extremely thoroughly. Throughout the year we perform atleast two formal dissections, of an adult pig heart that closely resembles a human heart, as well as a fetal pig that closely models human anatomy. This class encourages independence in learning and exploring and will leave each and every student with a plethora of knowledge regarding the basic processes, organisms, and structures of life.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

In taking this course, make sure you have time to complete the heavy workload. It is also imperative that students thoroughly study their notes before each test
