Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course educates the student with the history of the whole world and allows them to become more familiar with how countries were created and the impact they have had on the world. It widens the narrow-minded persons spectrum.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were the group discussions within the classroom, where we focused on the main idea of each chapter. I learned that at one point in time "the sun never sets on the British Empire." Which is something that really hit home for me because I never knew how much power they had in the nineteenth century.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to read for a certain amount of hours every night so that you can understand fluently what the teacher teaches on in the classroom. Stay organized in your binder in such a manner that you are prepared for a binder check at any moment.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because the information you learn in this course becomes very handy in other courses like AP United States History and even AP Government and Politics.

    Course highlights:

I learned the origins of many countries and why their culture is one way and ours is another. Also how interconnected our world really is

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the textbook! That is a must if you want to pass. Take good notes also and if you can listen to podcasts. And read the questions on the AP exam very carefully. Because I misread an essay question I did not get a 5 on the AP Exam (for those who do not know, a 5 is the highest score you can get). Also dates, names and vocab are things you must know.
