Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I 100% would recommend this class if you're thinking about going somewhere medical down the road. This class has helped my tremendously on a basic understanding of Anatomy and will only get harder later on.

    Course highlights:

What really helps in this class is dissecting organs because you get to see for yourself what exactly you've been learning on paper in real life. This class is a good preparation for college on understanding notes on your own, labeling on your own, and taking hard test that you have to study for.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Advice to give is to make sure you study hard and never the day before. Make sure you understand and ask questions don't second guess yourself. Do not copy of others because you're not benefiting yourself you're only hurting yourself. I wish I would've asked more questions to have a better understanding of things.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Great experience, teacher takes time to make sure every question is answered and no one is left wondering what just happened.

    Course highlights:

You learn about the human body as a whole including muscular and skeletal systems then going in depth on what composes the muscles and how and why your bodies interrelated systems work. Fetal pig dissection was also a huge highlight, great learning experience.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Work on studying techniques and get comfortable with reading text book and taking notes outside of class and coming to class to work.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It's an amazing course for those going into healthcare. The course has a lot of material for an elective but is worth in.

    Course highlights:

We did dissections and a lot of fun labs throughout both semesters and the class went on a feild trip to the cadaver lab. Some dissections are, pig's feet, a sheep brain, and eye, and, at the end of second semester, a fetal pig. Going hands on, in my opinion, is the best way to learn the anatomy of a human body.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't wait for the last second to do work! You need to use the information throughout the year and by craming, you're making more work for yourself in the end.
