    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The content is informative and the instructor always delivers it timely. The lectures are not long and you can choose to listen on your time (online course) as well as review again before any quizes/exams.

    Course highlights:

In depth knowledge of the multiple aspects of nutrition, from macro nutrients to eating disorders and application of dietary concepts in illness/medical conditions.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not wait until the last minute to review lecture materials. Space out your studying and assignments, do a refresh of lecture/book materials before taking the quizzes and exams.

    | Would recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because it cave you a well rounded knowledge of the human body and how nutrition factors into all aspects. The instructor was very organizes and easy to follow.

    Course highlights:

This course was an addition to a 3 unit fdnt course I already had so it wasn't brand new info for me but was a really good review.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you are focused and on top of the class calendar.
