Pretty easy, overall.
I would recommend it because it cave you a well rounded knowledge of the human body and how nutrition factors into all aspects. The instructor was very organizes and easy to follow.
This course was an addition to a 3 unit fdnt course I already had so it wasn't brand new info for me but was a really good review.
