Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it introduces you to some great pieces of writing and helps your writing skills. I loved this course because I got to read so many interesting plays, poems, and short stories. They were all from different time periods and had their own unique twists. I think they really opened up my mind to so many different things.

    Course highlights:

The readings in this class gave me many different outlooks on life. We covered so many different topics such as love, death, family, and more. Each topic would have many pieces of writings that gave a different twist or situation. They really made me think deeper than just the surface of the story. This class also taught me many valuable things when it comes to writing papers. I learned different ways to structure a paper and how to correctly cite sources. These skills will come in handy for any future paper I need to write.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I think you really need to have an open mind to succeed in this class. It will allow you to gain so much more from the stories and pieces of writing. You have to write a lot of papers for this course and at times it may feel overwhelming. I think you need to stay patient and focus on the task at hand because once you start writing your paper, it will most likely start to flow very easily. You'll just need an open mind and some time to really think about what to put in your papers.
