Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor takes his time to make sure his students get the best out of an intro journalism class. He helps you understand what is acceptable in the journalism world and even gets his students to do their work just like journalists would do so they can get the real experience.

    Course highlights:

Being able to randomly interview students on campus about on going matters that needed to be talked about and writing short articles on them. Given the opportunity to read and critic various school newspapers, which led to a more understanding of do's and the don'ts when writing articles that catch the eyes.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The class might seem difficult and nerve wrecking at first because you are forced to speak and read the articles you write for them to be criticized by your classmates. However, this gives you an opportunity to not only hear what the professor has to say but also how different people will react to your written pieces. In addition that, be open minded and take time to enjoy the course because you get to interact with a lot of different people you manage to interview on a given topic to write about, which is quite enjoyable.
