    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

the class itself can be challenging at times, but if you put in the time and effort into your course work, you will be rewarded in the end.

    Course highlights:

I learned much about the intro of biology, but also how to manage my time wisely. I feel that I am well prepared for the Bio 102, and excited to enroll in it.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Just do your work, and make time for valuable study times. Working with a friend on studying for quizzes is a great way to learn.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Very difficult professor compared to all the others.

    Course highlights:

Learned only the major topics since the class contained so much information in so little time that it was difficult to take everything in.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take a different professor and STUDY

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Carleton genuinely wants his students to do well in the class and is always available to help students. This is a general, required class for all health sciences and engineering students to take and professor Carleton makes it as interesting and relatable as possible.

    Course highlights:

I enjoyed learning about the cell structure and how the different organelles interacted to make certain processes work. It was interesting to learn the relationship between photosynthesis and cellular respiration.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Time management is the biggest advice I have. Do a little bit of studying each day and you should be fine. There can be a large quantity of information on the tests and it is easy to fall behind if you are not studying along the way.
