This class was tough.
This course is the first stepping stone for the school's Athletic Training Program. It gives you the beginning tools in understanding how the body in motion works. This will be expanded on as you progress through the program in learning how to be an Athletic Trainer.
The highlight of this course was learning about what specific muscles perform specific motions.

Make sure that you review on your muscle and motion pairs very frequently. Be organized and study hard! A lot of memorization.
