She's a great teacher! I took the class online and I was always emailing her to ask questions. She never made me feel like I was bothering her and very helpful with anything I needed.
This is the class that I learned the most from and will carry it on in my daily life to stay healthy. She teaches you the basics of how to read a nutrition label. Also teaches you what to eat in your daily diet.
