    I learned how to properly keep track of what you have eaten throughout the day, in order to keep a complex, healthy diet that'll have a long term positive affect on my health.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend this class online if you are a self learner. The class can be challenging but has great skills on how to balance meals.

    Course highlights:

    I learned to count carbs and put together a balanced meals for various kilocalories for both men and women of all ages.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    To succeed in this class, do all your projects as soon as you are done with the previous projects to keep up with the deadlines. Keep up with reading each chapter on schedule.
