    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would because this class prepares you for math 151 and the teacher helps you to understand the problems. In class she kind of makes you think outside of the box and so you can find the best way to find the answer to a problem.

    Course highlights:

What I gained from this course is how to read draw and make vein diagrams. The three subject ven diagram was hard at first but the teacher explained to us that by putting the middle you can get the middle region and the outer region as well.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

I would suggest give an hour to two hour study time out of your day to be prepared for exams and homework. Also, so you could understand the material real well.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I personally recommend to take Math 141 because the professor is really helpful and she well break down each and every steps to make sure everyone understand how to get the answer. Also, she likes when students asks a lot of questions,so she can answer and make sure that you understand the lesson.

    Course highlights:

I learn how to budget my money and learning how to calculate taxes, credit cards, mortgage and etc.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

To asks a lot of questions if you need help and communicate with other students around to ask for help from them as well. Also if needed extra help to go to tutoring and take your time with your work.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class is a high pace class but only because it is a summer course, so every day you are working on a whole chapter. But because the teacher teaches it so well, it feels like the time is flying by everyday. I do recommend that if you are working at the same time, to make sure you have enough time to do the homework online. Ms. Rajagopal is a very understanding lady, so if you feel stuck or need more time on the homework, she will make sure to help you out as much as possible. You can tell that she does care about her students and she does her all to make sure we are understanding all the course work. The teacher also gives you the option of doing group projects instead of the Test and will do random extra credit quizzes for those who want extra credit.

    Course highlights:

Even though I am still currently taking this class, I have already started gaining a lot of knowledge. For example, right now we are learning about taxes rate and loan amounts and how to find the fixed rate and what the total amount will be after certain amount of years. Things like this can be reliable when it comes to the real world. Which is really great.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If they plan to take this course over the summer, make sure to be ready for the fast pace and homework that will pile up once in while. Do not slack when it comes to this class because you can easily fall behind. And lastly, if you have questions, make sure to ask them. Even if it is before class or after class. Ms. Rajagopal is always their for her students when they need help.
