    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Amazing class! Very interesting! Great professor! Easy fun class not much homework. Labs are easy, once a week and lecture once a week too. I take this course mondays and Wednesday's I really enjoy this class.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot from this course. One would be is who to use a microscope. How to take good notes in class. Work with others in class. We went over basic chemistry in class. Learned about mitosis and meiosis. Learned about basic DNA.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study the power points! Show up to class! Take good notes. And ask for help when needed!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course was only difficult due to the time frame in which it was instructed. The course was taught for three hours every Tuesday and Thursday evening (ending at 9PM) which can be hard to sit through. The content is interesting and the professor is extremely passionate which makes the class somewhat easier.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of the course were our weekly labs. The instructor is also a professional herpetologist and she would gladly share her "in field" experiences with the class. If you enjoy science, she is a great example of what a career in that field looks like.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

The professor recommended 6-8 hours of studying outside of class, which is decently accurate. I used Quizlet (online) and handwritten flashcards to help me study. Try your best not to miss any lecture nights because all tests are written specifically on lecture material which she does not hand out if you miss the lesson.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course is full of information and the professor is enthusiastic and highly knowledgeable.

    Course highlights:

The inner workings of the cell. Organisms from single celled to highly complex. Diseases. Deformities. Genetic variation. Cool stuff!

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

This is heavy science, you will need to study! This will be easier for those with a background in science, but is definitely doable if not - just put in the study time, every week!
