    Course Overview:

    Great course that teaches all about recipe pricing and costing and the cost controls required to operate a successful business.

    Course highlights:

    I learned the really important aspects of owning a business and preparing recipe cost outs and business management operations.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Do all of the assignments and be sure to ask Chef Harris-Gane any questions you may have as she goes out of her way to make sure you understand the course material.
