    Course Overview:

    Wonderful class that taught me so much about pastries and baking techniques!

    Course highlights:

    The highlights of this course included learning how to make eclairs, mousses, pies, tarts, quiches, and cake decorating!

    Advice for students:

    If you're unsure as to whether you really want to become a pastry chef, this class provides a great glimpse into the baking world and will really allow you to learn your strengths and weaknesses as a baker.
