    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would Recommend this course because it is very rigorous class. It covers a lot of material in a very short amount of time and helps prepare you for what college will be like. This by far has been not only my most challenging class but also my most rewarding high school class. It has taught me the importance of being organized and having good study habits. I would recommend this class to anyone who is college bound.

    Course highlights:

In APUSH I learned a lot about how and why our government was formed. It has helped me with my decision in the 2016 presidential election. I was able to understand why things became an amendment and the importance of the constitution.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

If you are wanting to take this course you must take it seriously. it is not a drop class and is one that you must put a lot of effort into especially if you are wanting to maintain a high GPA. Start a study group and make sure to go over your notes daily even if you do not have a test coming up. This will keep all material fresh in your mind.

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Personally, the work load and the content load is a lot to take in. There is no guarantee that you will have that class cleared as college credit. I have taken college history classes, and they are not nearly as hard as this class.

    Course highlights:

I learned about the American history from before America was "discovered" to the current day.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared. Be organized. Do not stress a low grade. It is better to earn a "B" then to sleep to get an "A".

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It transfer to college you attend, so It would be one less History class you would have to attend if you pass the finally exam for it. It is a great course to take if you are an challenging student, and it is also a great experience to have. You can also get the feeling of an college level History class. I would recommend taking this course, because it benefits you in many ways.

    Course highlights:

I gain lots of knowledge from this course; I learn things I didn't know before. I learn detailed information about our Independence, slavery, and about wars. I actually pay attention in this class, because it was interesting. I learn about the enlightenment, black panthers, communist in China, war between North and South Korea. I also learn real life things I didn't know before.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I would tell them not to wait for last minute, because it not going to work in this class. This course is an challenging course and be ready to read 6-10 pages in textbook every night. There is tons of vocabulary that is due end of week, and an test/ quiz every week or every other week. It is an fun class to take if you have a nice teacher. You learn more detailed information about each topic.
