    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class really opened my eyes to the world we live in. Seeing and understanding the development of different cultures over time brought forward trends that can be seen in modern society today. Ms. Bouas is a great teacher- she sets the class up for success with interactive activities, discussions, and thorough preparation for the AP exam. I can confidently say this class was one of my favorites.

    Course highlights:

I was able to learn more about the start and development of various world religions. There was a lot of societal development across the continents. A good thing is the focus is not on memorization but rather overall trends and how they synthesize to various eras.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to manage your time really well. There is work that goes into this course, but it helps teach how to study and take notes.
