Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Chemistry is a great course to take if you are interested in the science behind the world that you live in. Chemistry will help prepare you for many other science based classes you will be taking in the future. This class will expand your knowledge of matter and help expand your math and problem solving skills at the same time.

    Course highlights:

For all you students who have been waiting for the day where you actually get to do fun experiments like the ones you see in your favorite cartoons, the waiting is over if you take chemistry! Chemistry is actually a very fun class if you are able to stay up on everything you will be learning. You will get to watch chemical reactions occur, causing fire, smoke and explosions. I learned so much about the elements of the planet Earth that surround me and it is just so interesting if you are into science whatsoever!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

This course is not for the average student who hates science and math, because this is a combination of both. For those of you who want to persue a career in any scientific field and have basic to advanced knowledge of the planet Earth to an atomic level, this class is for you. There are so many new things you will be learning in this class and taking good notes will insure that you retain this knowledge all year. Also studying outside of school will become a common thing for students who take chemistry, as it is a demanding course mentally, but in the end it is worth it so that you are prepared for the future.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend taking this course because not only do you get college credit for taking it, but it's also fun doing all kinds of labs and experiments. It's a challenging course, but I would say it's worth it.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about atoms, mass, conversions, speed, light, etc.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Always try your hardest. There will be times when you want to give up and drop the class, but always ask for help and make sure to review your notes daily!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend escpecially AP or ACP Chemistry because you are getting college credit at a much lower price. You are also getting the help you need in a smaller setting comapared to learning the material in a lecture.

    Course highlights:

I really enjoyed learning about the different properties and reactions of the different elements.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you take notes and you do every homework and lab. Also, study for the test by going over all the handouts he has given you.
