    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because the teacher is very dedicated and is willing to help every student with whatever may be challenging for them. Also, the course prepares you for college by introducing you to the rigorous schedule and requirements.

    Course highlights:

I have gained new knowledge about analyzing different texts form a wide variety of authors. I have also gained many new skills when writing and editing essays and understanding how I should write depending on the type of essay. I have learned to ask for help from the teacher because the one on one help works much better when you do not fully understand something.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If there is something that you do not fully understand ask the teacher for help. Read the rubrics throughly and take the lessons that she does in class seriously and take many notes.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course is challenging so if you are not up for the late nights and hard work it is not for you. The papers are time consuming but are rewarding to write. I write my best papers in the class and I won't trade anything for it. You will have all the tools you need to succeed including Course hero (it is a life saver). Be ready for the challenge but never give up, you can always improve.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this court for me was writing my research paper. It was 12 pages long and I was very proud of my work. It took weeks to complete it but the amount of time I put into it payed off. I learned to use the resources given to you by your teacher and to look for outside help (from course hero, they really go into detail on subjects) Being a good writer is hard but determination is a key to success in this class.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

You have to know what you are getting yourself into. If you love to write, this course is great for you. If you don't love to write, this course is or you. You will learn things that will help you in the future. I believe this to be a necessary course for all students. You might hate the class at the time but in the end you won't regret it.
