Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

While I took this course because I needed it in order to fulfill my requirements for my degree, I actually ended up really enjoying it. Learning business law was really interesting to me because not only will it help me professionally, it also taught me valuable information that I could use in my personal life. This class keeps you on your toes with in-class discussion and rebuttals where students are allowed to share their opinions, and why they think that someone should win or lose the case.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about state laws in my home state, as well as laws that apply everywhere. I learned about how you can only get in trouble for breaking driving laws in a different state than your home state in certain situations. I also learned what makes a contract qualify as a binding contract.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take notes on case studies in class! Very similar problems show up on exams! Get involved in class discussion, trust me. I was never really a student that liked to speak out in class because I was afraid of being wrong, but in this class you'll want to speak out and it will definitely help you in the long run!
