    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course not only for the amazing material and new knowledge you receive, but also because Ms. Buis is one of the most kind-hearted, well-respected, creative teacher that I ever had through out my high school experience. I hope I get more teachers/professors like her.

    Course highlights:

I gained not only the knowledge of the English language, but also how to work well in a group, and how to decipher books such as Shakespeare and Mark Twain. I was able to comprehend books and tell the underlying messages in them, which a few years ago i would never dream of being able to attempt those novels. This class opened new experiences for me and gave me my passion for English back.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice is to listen to Ms. Buis and complete your work and projects no matter how ridiculous you may think it is. For example, we had to do a book that contained summaries and our feelings for each scene in Macbeth. At first, I thought it was foolish but, once i did it it helped me understand the play so much better and comprehend what was happening that i easily got good grades on all the tests even the written portions.
