    It is very helpful to get your college course done before entering college.

    Course highlights:

    mitosis, meiosis, cancer, photosynthesis hands on activities

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Take advantage as your lab hours are short compared to what college labs would be.

    Course Overview:

    Mr. Witters was able to break down what we were studying in Biology so we could better understand our curriculum. It was super helpful for this college level class to be taught at the high school level.

    Course highlights:

    The highlights of the course were the outside experiences of the BOTW. Once a quarter we had to do a nature walk and experience the outdoors. If was very thought provoking. It made you stop, slow down and appreciate the world around you.

    Advice for students:

    Take advantage of the other students in the class and work with your peer group. The peer group is very helpful with studying.

    Course Overview:

    I was very interesting and a great stepping stone into any science field.

    Course highlights:

    Creative opportunity for Cellular biology project Red eye and white eye gnats observation. I learned current events in the science world. I learned the foundation of biology from cells to mammals.
