    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it's a very challenging class. It requires you to work very hard and it's very rewarding. It isn't my favorite subject but when I would get problems correct I would feel so accomplished. It is a class worth taking.

    Course highlights:

I learned what truly makes up some of our food. I learned how to safely conduct experiments. I learned moles and how to convert. I learned about macros and nutrition.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would be sure to ask a lot of questions. Don't wait until after class, or tomorrow ask them the moment you have them. I would also say go to any review sessions offered. As well as make friends in the class who understand the curriculum well.

    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because Mr. Morgan is a great teacher and he made Chemistry Honors a fun class. Not only did he teach me all I know about Chemistry but his way of teaching also made me want to learn about Chemistry. Mr Morgan contributed to my love of science and that feeling, I feel should be passed on the all.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was the many times you felt smart. The way Mr. Morgan taught and the way he helped you fully understand the course material allowed you as a student to feel smart. You could understand him, and his way of teaching, making the course a more enjoyable school subject.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

To kids considering taking this course I would tell them to just do the homework, and to ask questions when they don't understand. Mr. Morgan will help you if you don't understand because he knows that Chemistry can be a hard subject to learn. Doing your homework and not falling behind will allow you to conquer the course and do the best you can.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This is a very difficult class. If you are looking for a passionate teacher who knows what they are talking about when it comes to chemistry then Mr. Wright is your guy. Thought I recommend that you are in a math higher than Algebra 2 because you will struggle if you're not.

    Course highlights:

My favorite part of this course was the labs. Even though many people didn't understand how to do them, the procedures were very thorough. Also, the outcome of some labs was really cool. For example, the firecracker lab, being able to see the colors and sparks were really awesome.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you are taking a math higher than Algebra 2. It will allow the intensive math in Chemistry to be better understood. Also, have good note taking skills. There are a lot of terms and math equations you have to remember. Another recommendation is to do all of your homework on time so that you can ask questions right away.
