    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The professor truly cares about his student's success in the course. The exams were hard if you did not study for them a sufficient amount.

    Course highlights:

The most helpful thing in this course was the chance to write a bonus paper. It basically saved my grade. I learned a lot from this class, including quantitative genetics, early life on earth, and prominent scientists and their contributions.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the book before you get to class. Study for the pop quizzes by taking notes during class and going back through them after the class. Do the bonus paper or whatever bonus is offered.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The professor was very hard to understand. He wouldn't explain anything and his tests were extremely difficult.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about myself in this course. He did not teach very much good information so I had to learn how to research to make everything make sense.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Take the course with a different professor. He was very hard. Just pay attention and study a lot.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

First, if you are a biology major, you'll have to take it. Honestly most of it is covered in the intro biology course. This course just goes in a little more detail.

    Course highlights:

    Discussion were sometimes pretty interesting.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the material, do the assignments, and go over the slides. Most of the exam material is there.
