Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course its a great option for those who love history. Personally APUSH taught me a lot from the early history of America and how it all came about, and it also allowed me to explore more in depth the more contemporary periods of our history which for me was what I was more interested in. Overall Apush is a great class, while the amount of readings might scare you, dont be! This class will truly pay off in the long run, and hey, a little college credit won't hurt you!

    Course highlights:

I gained valuable knowledge from American history that I can apply to my everyday life. I can analyze and compare our current situations with what happened hundreds of years ago and see the similarities and differences. The highlight of this course would have t be when I did my last project based on the assasination of JFK. It was one of my favourite time periods and I got to explore it and understand it to a greater extend and the repercussions this event had in our country

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make the most of it!! Do the readings and find other ways to understand the material if you need to. A great way for me to study for a test was complemeting the readings with watching videos like Crash Course, because it gave me a brief analysis of the material in a very short amount of time.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Good class, we have learned plenty of material, and although it is a long way away, I am already feeling prepped for the AP exam.

    Course highlights:

Fun teacher with exciting material. Currently, we are studying the Civil War Era and it's a blast.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Study, and Mr. Rach is NOT kidding when he says to keep up on the readings. Falling behind is a nightmare and a half.
