Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This is one of the easiest AP courses at Boca High; however, the subject matter can be periodically dry and confusing, and consist of straight memorization of certain aspects of American government.

    Course highlights:

The vocal quizzes and Unit Tests were fairly easy because Strunk always made the answer choices obvious if you studied. I learned a lot of insights to the inner workings of our government that I very likely never would have known if I didn't take this class.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Just follow the guidelines that Strunk sets in her syllabus. The easiest way to lose points on something you worked hard on is to forget to put your name on it, or turn it in on time.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because you end the course with knowing how the government works and why things happen in our country.

    Course highlights:

I remember us going over the presidential debate and what were their ideas. With this I learned what the president can and can't do if they win the nomination

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You might think this course is not interested but don't let that make you not want to try to learn it, once you understand it it can get interesting and you will want to go in to it more and more.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it gives an outstanding overview of our governmental system. This course is able to put into perspective the complexity of our country's brain.

    Course highlights:

One of the biggest highlights of this course is that I was able to understand the process of campaigning and the effort candidates put in, in order to become elected.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Since there is so much information in this course, I would recommend to all students to always give their full attention to the teacher at all times, and take as many notes as possible.
