    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend for students to take this class because I would think that it would prepare you for college. It's an intense course, that challenges you to do the best as possible. And even though many might find it difficult and give up, I recommend that you don't because it will help you out in the long run.

    Course highlights:

Throughout the class of we learned everything having to do with World War I, II, and the civil war. Including, all that occurred and the benefits and negatives that it put forth to the United States. Learning all of this in detail helped when taking test and exams surrounding this topic.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Advice that I would give to a student starting this course would be to try to prepare beforehand. Read articles and research different points of views about the war because it will help you out. Also, while taking the course always try to pay attention and miss the most minimum amount of classes.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it is challenging and it is very interesting. If you want to learn about geography and how it affects humans this is the course for you.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about agriculture, the human population, and geography (maps, etc.). You learn about slash and burn and different ways they help the environment. You learn about how our population has changed over time as well as how our cities were built in the past. How we moved on from hunter and gatherers to our complex society.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely, do your homework. For the ap exam get a workbook. Keep your work throughout the year and try your hardest to not fall behind.
