Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course for anyone who is both interested in the way people think, behave, or interact with one another and how this is influenced by mental anatomy and social upbringing.

    Course highlights:

In the course we discussed the different components of the brain that worked together to make a person who they are and remain functioning normally. we covered multiple psychological illnesses, the theories of sight, color, and hearing, and even debated on the importance of nature v.s. nurture.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The workload is manageable, but only if you do not procrastinate. the concepts are complex and similar so studying the key differences in theories and who wrote them are essential to success in this class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course because it has something for everyone. Whether you are interested in dreams, abnormal disorders, or even abstract concepts, such as sensation and perception, the course contains topics that will interest anyone.

    Course highlights:

I learned about interesting case studies, like the murder of Kitty Genovese and Zimbardo's Prison Experiment, which helped explain certain topics, such as the Bystander Effect and developing social roles. The course also informs you about concepts that one can apply to every day situations, which helps you better understand the world and people around you.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

I suggest to focus on vocabulary. The AP Psychology exam revolves on how well you know the terms discussed throughout the course. Flashcards are an excellent study tool and make sure to get a review book!
