Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course because it's important to know the history of the country you live in, legalities and all. This course is especially fun with Mr. Lampman his way of teaching is more interactive.

    Course highlights:

High lights of the course would be the gilded age due to the political cartoons that the class goes over, and the reconstruction period after the civil war. Reconstruction helps to show the developing economy of the U.S. and social reform.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Very simple: do your homework, copy the note, and read the textbook.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Ms. Woodmore is a teacher who can really prepare a student for the AP Exam. Weekly date quizzes and tests keep us on our toes for the history that we were learning.

    Course highlights:

From ancient times to the present, students learn all the history from not just one continent, but the whole world. Throughout the course of history, there are similarities between civilizations and they can be compared to one another.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The date quizzes really gives a start to study habits. Depending on how many dates there are, you could make flash cards to study them and if there is a certain timeline that is too difficult, you could put more time into that the rest of the time.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course opens your mind up to what's around you. I can constantly make connections to what I learned in AP World. The teacher is great! Study two hours before a test, take avid notes, and you should be fine!

    Course highlights:

This course was so amazing! We learned about the histories of Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Europe, South America, and North America from 8000 BCE- 1993 C.E. I loved how my teacher made connections by comparing history to Boca.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to know all your notes stone cold before taking a test. Study by first reviewing your study sheet and then by making sure you can say all the information without looking at the sheet. It worked for me.
