Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It helps if you are antisocial, however if you have no problem with engaging in conversation it doesn't do much for you.

    Course highlights:

It was a relatively easy class, and it didn't actually teach much, just a bunch of speeches that you had to give almost every week.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not procrastinate your speeches. It's a very easy course, but if you wait until the night before to start your 5 minute speech on a specific topic, you're going to have a bad night.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It pushed me (at the right pace) to get outside of my comfort zone while speaking. I learned a lot about the do's and don't's of speaking. Mrs. Suggs worked with me when I had to miss class, and helped the class come up with speech topics.

    Course highlights:

I learned what to include in a speech and what to leave out. Most importantly, this class taught me how to be more comfortable speaking in from of larger audiences.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the daily activities (there is extra credit!) and book work. Write your speeches ahead of time so that the teacher and your peers can help you check it.
